The man who inspired this blogspot.
It seems strange that the man who had inspired the creation of this blogspot is now, after 2 months of this blogs creation, gone.
Words cannot express my thanks and gratitude to all who have in more ways than one contributed towards dad's funeral. Thank you so much. Indeed dad would be very thankful also for your support during this time. Some have travelled from far in the wee hours of the night/morning. All of you had some prior plan or engagement, postponed or cancelled, just to be with us...Thank you.
To me, even now, it all seems like a dream. So many memories of being with him remain forever etched in my mind.
Tosai(s), dhall, Sri Paandi, Grand City, Selangor Club, Lake Club, and so many other places will never be the same to me.
Words cannot express how one truly feels inside, however, suffice to say that I do wish everyone a very big thank you for your unending support and care and love during this time.
God Bless all of you.
Pat.

he will always be remembered for his gentle ways and kindness, his soft-spokenness, his laughter and his jokes even in the most trying of times.
may he rest in peace.
We all loved him very much. :) And will always remember him fondly.
I don't know what else to say except that I miss him dearly. Philip and I have shared many great times with him..meals together, long hours of chats at our watering hole..OUG pondok, outings..the last being at the Pavilion three days before he went to join our dear Ee Cik.
May your soul rest in Peace, Uncle Cheng Yan.
